Der Mietendeckel ist gekippt, aber wir nicht! Wir, Mieter*innen von Akelius und anderen Immobilienkonzernen, haben es satt. Gerade jetzt,während der Corona-Pandemie mit Kurzarbeit, prekärer Beschäftigung und Homeschooling hätten wir eine Verschnaufpause dringend gebraucht.
Für Akelius & Co. zählt nur der Profit. Unser Leben interessiert sie nicht. Schlimmer noch: je mehr Geld sie aus uns herauspressen können, desto glücklicher sind sie. Für sie ist wieder Ordnung eingekehrt, wie der Eigentümer Roger Akelius es nennt.
Der Mietendeckel ist gerichtlich gekippt, wir wollen jetzt die Nachzahlungen kippen! Wir sagen: Keine Kohle für Akelius & Co.

Rally and bicycle demonstration: No dough for Akelius & Co.!
Friday, 30.4. at 3:30 pm in front of the Akelius headquarters, Erkelenzdamm 11-13, Kreuzberg, near Kottbusser Tor. From there bicycle demonstration to Berlin-Wedding to join the demonstration „From Crisis to Expropriation“ there.
The „Mietendeckel“ ( Rent Cap) law has fallen, but we haven’t! We, tenants of Akelius and other real estate companies, are fed up. Especially now, during the Corona pandemic with short-time work, precarious employment and homeschooling, we urgently needed a breather.
For Akelius & Co. only profit counts. Our lives don’t matter to them. Worse still, the more money they can squeeze out of us, the happier they are. For them, law and order has returned, as owner Roger Akelius calls it.
The Mietendeckel has been cancelled by the courts, we now want to cancel the obligation to pay the arrears! We say: No dough for Akelius & Co.
